Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
  • Full-stack sales experience including BDR/SDR roles.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven track record of over-achieving sales quotas.
  • Strong phone presence and experience with cold calling.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships in complex, matrixed prospect environments.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com or similar CRM software.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite and Salesloft.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or Command of the Message.
  • Effective presentation skills for audiences ranging from 5 to 100 people.
  • Ability to travel as needed (25%+ of schedule).

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute account plans for the assigned territory.
  • Prospect and sell to the assigned territory to meet or exceed revenue growth objectives.
  • Expand product suite adoption within existing accounts.
  • Maintain accurate records and sales processes within Salesforce.
  • Conduct product demonstrations in partnership with Solutions Consultants.
  • Manage the RFP and tender process as required by prospects.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including Professional Services, for service quotes.
  • Attend and participate in regional and national trade shows and company events.
