Requirements

- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Enthusiasm, creativity, and a solution-driven mindset.
- Desirable: Familiarity with Google Suite, CRM platforms, and booking systems.
- Desirable: Previous experience in office management or account management.
- Desirable: Experience in process improvement and creating efficiencies.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate within an agile pod structure to deliver comprehensive support across tasks and projects.
- Manage daily tasks such as diary management, scheduling, and email correspondence.
- Prepare, format, and edit documents to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Perform accurate data entry and reporting to provide actionable insights.
- Identify process inefficiencies and proactively recommend improvements.
- Assist in creating workflows and automating repetitive tasks.
- Act as a trusted partner to clients, anticipating needs and maintaining professional relationships.
