Requirements

  • Desirable: Previous experience in office management or account management.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate within an agile pod structure to deliver comprehensive support across tasks and projects.
  • Manage daily tasks such as diary management, scheduling, and email correspondence.
  • Prepare, format, and edit documents to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Perform accurate data entry and reporting to provide actionable insights.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and proactively recommend improvements.
  • Assist in creating workflows and automating repetitive tasks.
  • Act as a trusted partner to clients, anticipating needs and maintaining professional relationships.
