Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of frontline associates, creating a strong, customer-focused culture.
- Oversee daily operations and ensure service standards and compliance requirements are met.
- Use data and feedback to drive performance, improve processes, and identify opportunities for growth.
- Partner with teams across the organization (Underwriting, Claims, etc.) to align on goals and priorities.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
- Support and lead projects that enhance the customer and associate experience.
- Champion change and lead your team through evolving business needs.
