Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX formulas and measures, power query, report and dashboard development, and performance optimization.
- Strong experience working with large datasets and multiple data sources.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly recommendations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for executive leadership and operational teams.
- Build and optimize data models, measures, and calculations using DAX.
- Create automated reporting solutions that improve visibility into key business metrics and reduce manual reporting efforts.
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Analyze operational, sales, customer, and financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Work with multiple data sources including CRM systems, loan origination systems, databases, and spreadsheets.
- Present findings and recommendations to leadership teams and business stakeholders.
