Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (4-year university degree).
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in new business development/closing roles (B2B).
- Experience selling in more than one geographic area.
- 2+ years of outbound sales managerial experience, including hiring and developing teams of 4+ employees.
- Professional background in B2B SaaS.
- Experience managing high-velocity, high-volume sales strategies.
- Solid experience in system transactional sales methodologies (MEDDIC, SPIN, or Challenger).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- High energy, resilience, and a strong drive for results.
- Nice to have: Experience within financial, legal, or consulting advisory fields.
- Nice to have: Deep understanding of M&A workflows.
Responsibilities
- Mentor and scale a team of field sales professionals focused on advisory clients.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, from hiring to performance management.
- Set and track operational and business development metrics.
- Present performance insights to the executive team.
- Expand new business pipelines within the advisory space.
- Build strategic partnerships and support the closure of high-impact deals.
- Partner with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Finance to achieve shared objectives.
- Use sales data to forecast accurately and highlight key trends.
- Represent the company in high-stakes interactions with advisory firms and at industry events.
