Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience with a focus on enterprise accounts.
- Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding quota in a solution-selling environment.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to engage senior executives and align solutions to business priorities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales enablement tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with enterprise-level organizations.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and contract execution.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, customer success) to design and deliver customized solutions.
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and sales activity reports using CRM tools.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to inform strategy.
- Represent the company at client meetings, industry conferences, and networking events.
