Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in cloud-based workplace technology management, SaaS administration, or IT infrastructure.
- Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 including Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
- Hands-on experience with Google Workspace administration.
- Strong knowledge of identity and access management including SSO, MFA, and Microsoft Entra.
- Hands-on experience with IT automation and workflow tools such as Power Automate, Zapier, PowerShell, or Python.
- Proven ability to enforce Zero Trust security models and conditional access policies.
- Experience collaborating with Security, Compliance, IT, and HR teams.
- Strong leadership and mentorship skills.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in cloud-based environments.
- Strong documentation discipline.
Responsibilities
- Lead the administration, optimization, and security of all SaaS applications ensuring platforms are scalable and aligned with business needs.
- Manage and enforce identity and access management policies, including SSO solutions, Microsoft Entra, and conditional access.
- Enforce Zero Trust principles through data protection, backup strategies, and disaster recovery plans.
- Develop and implement workflow automation solutions using Power Automate, Zapier, PowerShell, or Python.
- Collaborate with Security and Compliance teams to meet regulatory requirements and audit standards.
- Partner with HR and People Operations to execute seamless employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to IT support teams on cloud and SaaS best practices.
