Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of event management experience, ideally in corporate or financial sectors.
  • Experience managing C-level executive events, receptions, and multi-day conferences.
  • Proven experience working with and managing senior-level clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent negotiation, decision-making, and leadership capabilities.
  • Ability to travel domestically or abroad for event needs.
  • Experience with virtual event platforms like Webex and Zoom preferred.
  • Experience working with complex databases and Cvent preferred.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute full life-cycle virtual, in-person, and hybrid events.
  • Manage event budgets, including development, expenses, invoicing, and reconciliation.
  • Source, negotiate, and manage venues and suppliers.
  • Coordinate all logistical elements including registration, catering, transportation, lodging, and AV/production needs.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing, production, and technology teams on event deliverables.
  • Plan virtual events by selecting platforms, managing timelines, and overseeing attendee communications.
  • Maintain compliance with client standards and risk guidelines.
  • Travel for site inspections and onsite event execution.
  • Conduct post-event debriefs and financial reporting for continuous improvement.
