Requirements
- At least 2 years of proven experience in a legal, project management, or compliance role.
- University degree in Law, Economics, Management, or a related field.
- Understanding of AML/KYC procedures.
- Strong ability to solve non-standard cases.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
- Commitment to high accuracy in work.
- Fluency in Russian and English.
- Experience in international tax optimization is considered a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day legal support of company setups and general company maintenance in various jurisdictions.
- Open and maintain accounts in banks and other financial institutions, including handling compliance and form processing.
- Prepare, maintain, and update legal, corporate, and financial documentation.
- Maintain internal registers and organize corporate records.
- Conduct correspondence with international law firms, corporate secretaries, accountants, and auditors.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for information flow between Legal, Business Development, Finance, and AML/Compliance teams.
- Perform legal research on corporate and regulatory processes.
- Support ad-hoc projects related to corporate setups and financial licensing.
