Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in product management, ideally with enterprise SaaS.
- Demonstrated experience building and shipping agentic or AI-native product experiences in production.
- Fluent in AI-native workflows including prompt engineering, research synthesis, and rapid prototyping.
- Proven track record driving product adoption, activation, retention, and growth.
- Fluent with product analytics and experimentation methodologies.
- Skilled in continuous discovery and validation techniques.
- Ability to partner with engineering and data science on AI system design including RAG, models, and evaluation.
- Strong collaboration skills for influencing technical teams and executive stakeholders.
- Ownership mindset focused on driving business results and removing obstacles.
Responsibilities
- Drive the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for agentic experiences, from workflows to orchestration.
- Design and deliver reliable, explainable AI-native products including agents, copilots, and human-in-the-loop systems.
- Define governance constraints such as output verification, auditability, and escalation paths to ensure trustworthy autonomy.
- Own product activation, onboarding, and growth loops to drive adoption and revenue.
- Instrument experiences and use experimentation practices like A/B testing to ground decisions in data.
- Conduct continuous discovery through customer interviews, workshops, and site visits to validate needs.
- Analyze the agentic AI landscape and DFIR market to inform strategic product bets.
- Collaborate with engineering, UX, data science, and GTM teams to ensure alignment and product consistency.
