Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience in B2B or Enterprise SaaS.
- Proven experience owning a complex product area end-to-end, ideally in a zero-to-one context.
- Strong background in data warehousing, data modeling, document ingestion, and ETL/ELT pipelines.
- Experience with data quality management and validation frameworks.
- Demonstrable experience building agentic workflows or production LLM features with evaluation and monitoring.
- Fluency with LLMs and AI tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor) for prototyping and productivity.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Track record of leading through influence and mentoring other product managers.
Responsibilities
- Define the multi-year vision and strategy for Dex as both an external product and internal data backbone.
- Engage with GPs and internal fund administration teams to gather insights and drive strategic direction.
- Partner with engineering, design, and GTM teams to align on strategy and ensure execution.
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery through delivery.
- Own product direction for AI-powered capabilities including agentic document ingestion and automated classification.
- Set direction across multiple workstreams and provide mentorship to other product managers.
