Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience in Product Management, Data Analytics, or Data Engineering.
- Strong business and product acumen with the ability to connect technical features to customer ROI.
- SQL fluency, specifically comfortable with joins and aggregations for data exploration.
- Experience with a modern BI platform such as Sigma, Tableau, or Looker.
- Elite communication skills to pitch vision to executive clients and align cross-functional teams.
- Ability to debate data modeling with engineers.
- Experience with a modern data stack including Snowflake, DBT, or Fivetran is a plus.
- Experience in B2B SaaS verticals like Field Services or Building Services is a plus.
- Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis is a plus.
- Experience working with the machine learning lifecycle or productionized models is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Drive the vision and strategy for external AI/ML models, advanced analytics features, and data products.
- Embed with strategic customers to validate ideas and co-develop next-gen features.
- Partner with UX and Data Science to turn backend algorithms into intuitive data visualizations.
- Translate customer business problems into technical specs, transformation logic, and data requirements for engineering teams.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing and Sales to launch features that drive adoption, retention, and ARR.
- Analyze data assets to validate product hypotheses and assumptions.
