Requirements
- Experience in merchandise design, product design, graphic design, or retail creative.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and presentation design software.
- Strong understanding of apparel design, print production, packaging, or hard goods.
- Ability to design across various product categories including collectibles and promotional merchandise.
- Experience preparing production-ready files with correct file formats, color profiles, and dielines.
- Awareness of current trends, collectibles, fan culture, and consumer product moments.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to shifting project needs.
- Clear communication skills regarding availability and turnaround times.
- Knowledge of 3D product visualization or 3D file experience is a plus.
- Must be 18 years or older.
Responsibilities
- Research and compile trend boards highlighting relevant design and consumer trends.
- Develop creative merchandise concepts that align with client brands.
- Design custom products, apparel, hard goods, collectibles, and packaging.
- Create visually engaging, client-ready concept decks for visual storytelling.
- Prepare organized, production-ready design files meeting technical vendor specifications.
- Maintain organized design files and version control for cross-team collaboration.
- Present and communicate design concepts effectively to clients and internal stakeholders.
