Requirements
- 7+ years of product design experience in multi-product, B2B SaaS platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to drive measurable product outcomes such as adoption, engagement, and retention.
- Deep experience collaborating with senior stakeholders including CxOs, VPs, and Engineering leads.
- Proven experience designing AI-powered product experiences.
- Proficiency with AI tooling such as Lovable, Figma Make, or v0.
- Strong systems thinking skills across complex, multi-surface products.
- Ability to simplify complex technical workflows into efficient user experiences.
- Experience designing and interpreting UX experiments with Product Managers.
- Portfolio demonstrating both high craft quality and measurable business impact.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end systems for onboarding, course discovery, and AI-powered assignment flows.
- Define interaction models for platform-level systems, including metadata, automation, and document management.
- Simplify complex technical workflows into cohesive, multi-product user experiences.
- Embed AI-driven recommendations and intelligent automation throughout the platform.
- Partner with Product Management, Legal, and Engineering to ship measurable improvements.
- Act as a design leader across platform initiatives, influencing decisions beyond immediate scope.
- Experiment and iterate on design hypotheses based on data-informed metrics.
