Requirements
- 7+ years of product design experience in multi-product, B2B SaaS platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to drive measurable outcomes such as adoption, engagement, and retention.
- Experience workshopping and collaborating with senior stakeholders including CxOs and VPs.
- Expertise in designing AI-powered product experiences.
- Proficiency with modern AI design and prototyping tools such as Lovable, Figma Make, or v0.
- Strong systems thinking experience across complex, multi-surface products.
- Experience partnering with User Research to validate and de-risk product hypotheses.
- Ability to simplify complex technical workflows into efficient user experiences.
- Comfortable interpreting product usage data to inform design decisions.
- Portfolio demonstrating craft quality and measurable business impact.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end systems for onboarding, product discovery, and AI-driven automation workflows.
- Define interaction models for platform-level systems including metadata, assignment logic, and policy management.
- Translate complex platform architecture into clear, intuitive user experiences.
- Embed AI workflows and actionable guidance into the product.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Data teams to ship measurable product improvements.
- Contribute to and extend the company design system across multi-product experiences.
- Workshop UX experiments with senior stakeholders and iterate based on product metrics.
