Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Sales Programs, Revenue Programs, GTM Strategy, or Sales Operations within high-growth SaaS or technology environments.
- Proven track record of designing and executing outbound sales programs that demonstrably improved pipeline metrics.
- Ability to lead and drive accountability across Sales, Marketing, Enablement, and Operations without direct authority.
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to build propensity-to-buy account lists and design performance feedback loops.
- Advanced Salesforce (SFDC) reporting and dashboard creation skills.
- Executive communication skills with experience building and presenting QBR decks and program readouts.
- Hands-on experience building AI-powered tools or workflow automations.
- Familiarity with high-velocity, multi-segment sales environments (Enterprise, Commercial) is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Identify pipeline gaps across segments and design outbound programs (pipegen, pipe progression) to address them.
- Develop repeatable, scalable sales plays that can be activated across AE, ADR, Specialist AE, and CSM teams.
- Serve as the central point for GTM teams across Sales, Enablement, Marketing, and Operations.
- Lead cross-functional planning calls and drive stakeholder accountability from kickoff to post-program analysis.
- Manage the full program lifecycle, including target account selection, field engagement, and results readout.
- Analyze pipeline health signals, set program targets, and translate data into actionable performance recommendations.
- Build AI-powered workflows to automate repetitive processes and streamline reporting.
