Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in demand generation, integrated campaigns, or growth marketing.
  • 4+ years in a Director-level or above role with direct pipeline accountability.
  • Proven track record scaling global integrated programs in high-growth B2B SaaS.
  • Experience marketing to technical audiences such as developers, platform engineers, and DevOps.
  • Deep full-funnel expertise including top-of-funnel acquisition, nurture, and ABM.
  • Hands-on ABM experience including intent data and account-level measurement.
  • International campaign experience supporting EMEA and APJ regions.
  • Expertise in B2B marketing stack: Marketo, Salesforce, and AI tools like Claude/ChatGPT.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience building attribution models and pipeline dashboards.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own integrated campaign strategy across Enterprise, Commercial Self-Serve, Growth, and International segments.
  • Orchestrate multi-channel plans including paid media, email, content, events, webinars, and ABM.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to translate positioning into campaign themes and messaging.
  • Lead integrated programs for net-new enterprise accounts and self-serve sign-ups for Temporal Cloud.
  • Scale ABM programs across 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many motions.
  • Build and manage a high-performing team of campaign managers.
  • Define and own campaign KPIs including MQL volume, pipeline, and CAC.
