Requirements

  • 10+ years in growth, demand gen, or performance marketing within B2B SaaS or tech services.
  • Hands-on success in at least one core acquisition channel (SEM, LinkedIn, or outbound email).
  • Track record of building shared reporting frameworks and working with Sales/SDRs.
  • Strong GTM strategy skills with experience turning ICPs and personas into campaigns.
  • Analytical rigor in attribution, funnel diagnostics, and dashboard creation.
  • Proven ownership of SEO/CRO, A/B testing, and personalization platforms (e.g., Mutiny).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot or Marketo, Dreamdata, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Experience managing small, senior-leaning teams and external agencies.
  • Excellent prioritization and operating cadence in lean environments.

Responsibilities

  • Accountable for marketing-sourced pipeline and revenue contribution across regions.
  • Lead multi-channel programs including SEM, LinkedIn, email nurture, and ABM.
  • Strengthen sales–marketing alignment through joint scorecards and funnel SLAs.
  • Translate ICPs and personas into segmented campaigns moving buyers from awareness to opportunity.
  • Optimize budget allocation and build dashboards in Salesforce/Dreamdata to track impact.
  • Experiment with new channels and workflows including AI-assisted tactics.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to drive SEO, CRO, A/B testing, and personalization.
  • Manage and mentor a high-performing team and external agencies.
