Requirements

  • Proven track record of owning a funnel end-to-end (acquisition, conversion, onboarding, and retention).
  • Experience in product marketing, growth, or lifecycle marketing on consumer or community-facing platforms.
  • Strong content and editorial judgment with the ability to set brand voice and edit for impact.
  • Demonstrated people leadership and ability to develop high-output teams.
  • Experience building in fast-moving, early-stage (v1) environments.
  • Fluency with modern growth and analytics stacks, including event-based instrumentation and lifecycle tooling.
  • Competency in SEO and GEO strategies.
  • Comfort partnering with product, engineering, and data teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a non-hierarchical, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Alignment with organizational values including innovation, humility, and respect.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full funnel, driving acquisition and conversion across paid, organic, and partner channels.
  • Design segment-aware go-to-market strategies for problem solvers, community leaders, and organizations.
  • Manage the lifecycle and email program to support users from first touch to repeat civic action.
  • Partner with product and tech teams to execute SEO/GEO strategies and improve platform findability.
  • Lead the editorial function, managing content strategy and brand voice to drive engagement.
  • Develop and scale the support experience, including self-service resources and customer success operations.
  • Manage and develop a team including a Content Strategist and Customer Success Lead.
  • Synthesize user feedback and performance data to inform product roadmap and content adjustments.
