- Experience running development sprints.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data for product decision-making.
- Proficiency in product management tools and backlog tracking.
- Passion for innovation and customer-centric development.
- Willingness to become an expert in banking compliance and security protocols.
- Solid knowledge of credit risk assessment and banking operations is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and own Flex's growth engine and multi-product experience.
- Drive enhancement of financial services products including mobile apps and payment solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop internal financial solutions like automated reporting and analytics.
- Work with compliance and legal to ensure products meet financial regulations and standards.
- Conduct user research and market analysis to inform product development decisions.
- Partner with engineering to manage the development lifecycle and prioritize product backlogs.
- Utilize performance metrics and analytics to optimize product outcomes.
- Communicate product roadmaps and strategy aligned with company objectives.
