Requirements
- Solid experience as Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar product leadership roles.
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities.
- Experience managing backlogs, roadmaps, prioritization, and agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence and mobilize cross-functional teams toward shared objectives.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving, and ambiguous environments.
- Strong ownership mindset, autonomy, and results-oriented profile.
- Experience with digital products at scale (differential).
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Figma (differential).
- Experience with OKRs, KPIs, discovery practices, and experimentation (A/B tests) (differential).
Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business strategy and customer value.
- Translate business needs into clear product requirements, features, and delivery plans for development teams.
- Use data, metrics, and insights to support decision-making and identify product opportunities.
- Align and communicate effectively with stakeholders across different areas and levels of the organization.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data, operations, and business teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Monitor product delivery, remove blockers, and ensure continuous improvement of solutions.
- Propose enhancements, challenge existing approaches, and adjust priorities based on market and business changes.
