BS, MS, or PhD in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), UX Design, Product Design, or a related field.
At least one year of experience designing digital products, conducting user research, or building design systems.
Deep understanding of usability heuristics and accessibility standards (WCAG).
Understanding of user-centered design principles.
Ability to provide high-quality feedback on UI layouts, user flows, and information architecture.
Experience balancing user needs with business goals and technical constraints.
Proficiency in explaining design decisions and critiquing AI-generated designs.
Advanced knowledge of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Sketch.
Experience with high-fidelity prototyping tools like Protopie or Framer.
Familiarity with user research tools such as Maze, UserTesting, or Hotjar.
Proficiency with documentation tools like Jira, Linear, or Notion.
Must be prepared to complete tasks that require one hour of uninterrupted work.
Possession of a PayPal account for payment processing.

Evaluate AI-generated wireframes, user flows, and product requirements for usability and logical consistency.
Audit AI model outputs for adherence to accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
Validate model suggestions against established design patterns and psychological principles.
Identify gaps in user journeys, redundant steps, and poor visual hierarchy in AI-proposed interfaces.
Evaluate AI-generated PRDs (Product Requirement Documents) for clarity, feasibility, and user value.
