Requirements

  • BS, MS, or PhD in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), UX Design, Product Design, or a related field.
  • At least one year of experience designing digital products, conducting user research, or building design systems.
  • Deep understanding of usability heuristics and accessibility standards (WCAG).
  • Understanding of user-centered design principles.
  • Ability to provide high-quality feedback on UI layouts, user flows, and information architecture.
  • Experience balancing user needs with business goals and technical constraints.
  • Proficiency in explaining design decisions and critiquing AI-generated designs.
  • Advanced knowledge of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Sketch.
  • Experience with high-fidelity prototyping tools like Protopie or Framer.
  • Familiarity with user research tools such as Maze, UserTesting, or Hotjar.
  • Proficiency with documentation tools like Jira, Linear, or Notion.
  • Must be prepared to complete tasks that require one hour of uninterrupted work.
  • Possession of a PayPal account for payment processing.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate AI-generated wireframes, user flows, and product requirements for usability and logical consistency.
  • Audit AI model outputs for adherence to accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
  • Validate model suggestions against established design patterns and psychological principles.
  • Identify gaps in user journeys, redundant steps, and poor visual hierarchy in AI-proposed interfaces.
  • Evaluate AI-generated PRDs (Product Requirement Documents) for clarity, feasibility, and user value.
