Requirements
- Proven experience taking a digital product from absolute concept to public launch in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Ability to ruthlessly prioritize and say 'no' to good ideas to focus on vital features for launch.
- High technical literacy, specifically regarding web/mobile architecture, APIs, and technical trade-offs.
- Strong collaboration skills with UX/UI designers to guide design sprint cycles.
- Startup grit and the ability to create processes in an environment where none exist.
- Experience in fast-moving industries like Web3, Gaming, Gambling, or eSports is highly relevant.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous, high-pressure, fast-growth environments.
Responsibilities
- Take high-level, ambiguous business concepts and ruthlessly prioritize them into a lean, actionable Minimum Viable Product (MVP) specification.
- Build the product backlog from scratch by writing crystal-clear user stories and defining acceptance criteria.
- Run efficient sprint cycles to keep engineering moving fast.
- Serve as the central hub connecting Engineering, Design, and Leadership to ensure alignment on core architecture and UI.
- Identify technical, design, and market risks early and pivot fast when technical blockers arise.
- Partner with marketing and operations to prepare the product for launch and establish feedback loops.
