Requirements
- 8+ years in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing in B2B SaaS, adtech, martech, or media.
- Hands-on experience across paid search, paid social, SEO/AEO, landing pages, CRO, campaigns, and reporting.
- Deep proficiency with HubSpot and modern GTM workflows.
- Proven track record of driving qualified pipeline and improving conversion rates.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to prioritize high-impact opportunities.
- Experience building structure and processes in evolving, high-growth environments.
- Practical fluency with AI tools and automation workflows.
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills and experience collaborating with sales, product marketing, and operations.
Responsibilities
- Own the strategy and execution for marketing-sourced pipeline and growth initiatives.
- Manage paid acquisition across search, social, CTV, and retargeting channels, optimizing budget for pipeline performance.
- Design and execute account-based marketing (ABM) programs for high-value targets.
- Drive organic growth through technical SEO, structured content, and AI-driven discovery optimization.
- Own conversion rate optimization (CRO) across landing pages and campaign funnels.
- Build and maintain a growth scorecard to connect marketing activities to revenue outcomes.
- Introduce practical automation and AI-assisted workflows to improve speed and decision-making.
