Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, revenue marketing, or integrated B2B SaaS campaign management
- Demonstrated success driving pipeline and revenue impact through multi-channel marketing programs
- Strong analytical skills with experience building dashboards, attribution models, and performance reporting frameworks
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and campaign execution tools
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Strong written communication skills across email, social, content, and campaign messaging
- Ability to work independently with high ownership and accountability for results
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, RevOps, Product Marketing, and Customer Success teams
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns to drive marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline
- Own end-to-end campaign execution across email, webinars, social media, paid and organic channels, events, website, and content distribution
- Partner with Sales, RevOps, Product Marketing, and Customer Success to align messaging, optimize funnel performance, and accelerate revenue impact
- Lead growth initiatives across GEO, SEO, and organic discovery channels to increase visibility and inbound demand
- Build audience development programs targeting recruiters, HR leaders, talent acquisition teams, and executive buyers
- Design customer marketing programs focused on retention, expansion, advocacy, and long-term engagement
- Create reporting dashboards and performance frameworks to track pipeline contribution, attribution, and conversion metrics
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations to continuously improve campaign performance and business outcomes
