  • Strong expertise across digital marketing disciplines: content strategy, SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, user experience, web development, and marketing technology platforms.
  • Proven success leading digital transformation initiatives, large-scale website projects, CMS migrations, or complex multi-site digital environments.
  • Advanced analytical skills with experience leveraging web analytics, marketing automation tools, and performance data.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and scale content ecosystems for audience growth.
  • Strong understanding of integrated marketing strategy across search, social, email, and video.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience within healthcare or other highly regulated industries is advantageous.
