- Strong expertise across digital marketing disciplines: content strategy, SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, user experience, web development, and marketing technology platforms.
- Proven success leading digital transformation initiatives, large-scale website projects, CMS migrations, or complex multi-site digital environments.
- Advanced analytical skills with experience leveraging web analytics, marketing automation tools, and performance data.
- Demonstrated ability to build and scale content ecosystems for audience growth.
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing strategy across search, social, email, and video.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Master's degree preferred.
- Experience within healthcare or other highly regulated industries is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with organizational growth, engagement, and brand objectives.
- Lead multiple digital marketing functions, including content growth, website management, SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, marketing technology, and web development.
- Oversee the development, optimization, and continuous improvement of digital platforms to enhance user experience, engagement, and conversion performance.
- Drive audience acquisition and growth through integrated content marketing strategies and performance-focused digital campaigns.
- Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and performance metrics to inform strategic decisions and track key performance indicators.
- Lead agency relationships, vendor partnerships, and cross-functional digital projects.
- Build, mentor, and develop high-performing digital marketing teams.
- Manage budgets, resource allocation, and strategic planning for digital marketing initiatives.
