Job Details

7+ years of experience in workplace delivery, real estate, or construction project management.
Experience managing complex projects, including multiple projects at once, and leading cross-functional teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Real Estate, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong problem solving, decision-making, analytical, and organizational skills.
Demonstrated strong and effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to take initiative and function in a fast-paced working environment.
Ability to interact comfortably and effectively with managers and employees at all levels.

Oversee the end-to-end delivery of large-scale workplace projects in the assigned regions, ensuring alignment with corporate goals, design standards and compliance considerations.
Manage multiple concurrent projects across a geographically diverse real estate portfolio.
Conduct regular site visits and reviews to ensure construction aligns with approved plans.
Track project budgets and take proactive measures to resolve delays.
Facilitate regular communication and updates to senior leadership, addressing project progress, risks and opportunities.
Ensure workplace projects adhere to company design guidelines, sustainability goals, and quality standards.
Collaborate with internal departments such as real estate, IT, security, and facilities to coordinate project activities.
Build and maintain relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure successful project execution.
