Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in workplace delivery, real estate, or construction project management.
- Experience managing complex projects, including multiple projects at once, and leading cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Real Estate, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong problem solving, decision-making, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated strong and effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to take initiative and function in a fast-paced working environment.
- Ability to interact comfortably and effectively with managers and employees at all levels.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of large-scale workplace projects in the assigned regions, ensuring alignment with corporate goals, design standards and compliance considerations.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects across a geographically diverse real estate portfolio.
- Conduct regular site visits and reviews to ensure construction aligns with approved plans.
- Track project budgets and take proactive measures to resolve delays.
- Facilitate regular communication and updates to senior leadership, addressing project progress, risks and opportunities.
- Ensure workplace projects adhere to company design guidelines, sustainability goals, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as real estate, IT, security, and facilities to coordinate project activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure successful project execution.
