Requirements
- 5+ years of project management experience in financial technology, banking, or a complex enterprise software delivery environment.
- Demonstrated experience owning large, multi-stakeholder implementation programs end-to-end.
- Active, hands-on use of AI tools in daily work with the ability to describe specific automations built.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and define paths in the absence of direction.
- Experience working directly with clients at senior levels under high-stakes conditions.
- PMP or Agile/Scrum certification preferred.
- Experience with Jira, Smartsheet, or equivalent project tooling at an administrative level.
- Experience contributing to PMO methodology development or playbook creation.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery across multiple concurrent, complex implementations including core conversions, digital banking launches, and multi-vendor integration programs.
- Manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, and stakeholder alignment.
- Build and maintain RAID logs, project charters, and executive status reporting.
- Lead client-facing delivery conversations from working sessions to executive steering committees.
- Use AI tools like Kiro and Claude daily for planning, drafting communications, and analyzing project data.
- Participate in Project Firehorse to automate manual, repetitive tasks.
- Maintain and improve PMO standards and contribute to implementation playbooks.
