Requirements

  • Experience in external-facing enterprise account management, onboarding, or customer success roles.
  • Excellent internal and external communication skills with an ability to simplify complex internal processes.
  • Process-oriented with strong attention to detail and experience building back-end systems and tracking for scale.
  • Demonstrated ability to work through ambiguity in a hyper-growth sales environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to identify and provide solutions for varying partner needs.
  • Self-starter attitude with a bias for impact and an autonomous work style.
  • Proficiency with office tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
  • Preferred: Prior experience in life insurance or technology industries.

Responsibilities

  • Own full lifecycle account management for SMB through enterprise B2B partners.
  • Lead operational onboarding, including training and support for back-office account creation, payment terms, and licensing.
  • Partner with strategic account managers to grow business by managing operational relationships with external partner teams.
  • Translate partner operational needs into strategies and advocate for these needs internally with product and technology teams.
  • Serve as an expert on company back-office operations to explain processes, SLAs, and exception routing to external partners.
  • Define and scale account management strategies, cadences, and operational processes.
