Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in proposal development, bid management, and RFP processes
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Profound knowledge of the business development lifecycle
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to create and convey compelling value propositions
- Strong sense of ownership, structured, and detail-oriented approach
- Upper-Intermediate+ English level
- Ability to build rapport with different buyer personas and ideal customer profiles (ICPs)
- Sales experience and understanding of sales processes (desirable)
- 2+ years of project management experience (desirable)
- Technical background and familiarity with the IT industry (desirable)
Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for proposal preparation
- Lead bid qualification with Sales and Presales teams
- Identify RFP risks and coordinate mitigation
- Develop and communicate winning proposal strategies aligned with client needs
- Analyze RFP requirements and create compliance matrices
- Write executive summaries and custom materials
- Oversee proposal development, ensuring clarity, consistency, and strong visuals
- Collaborate with SMEs to develop accurate, compelling responses
- Ensure effective decision-making and task delegation across teams
- Maintain and improve the proposal resource library
