Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in proposal development, bid management, and RFP processes
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC)
  • Profound knowledge of the business development lifecycle
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to create and convey compelling value propositions
  • Strong sense of ownership, structured, and detail-oriented approach
  • Upper-Intermediate+ English level
  • Ability to build rapport with different buyer personas and ideal customer profiles (ICPs)
  • Sales experience and understanding of sales processes (desirable)
  • 2+ years of project management experience (desirable)
  • Technical background and familiarity with the IT industry (desirable)

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for proposal preparation
  • Lead bid qualification with Sales and Presales teams
  • Identify RFP risks and coordinate mitigation
  • Develop and communicate winning proposal strategies aligned with client needs
  • Analyze RFP requirements and create compliance matrices
  • Write executive summaries and custom materials
  • Oversee proposal development, ensuring clarity, consistency, and strong visuals
  • Collaborate with SMEs to develop accurate, compelling responses
  • Ensure effective decision-making and task delegation across teams
  • Maintain and improve the proposal resource library
