Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in lead generation, sales, business development, or a related role.
- Proven ability to generate, qualify, and manage leads throughout the sales cycle.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales tracking tools.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-management skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities with the capability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other business productivity tools.
- Primary internet connection (minimum 15 Mbps) and backup connection (10 Mbps).
- Desktop or laptop with Intel Core i5 (8th gen+) / i3 (10th gen+) / AMD Ryzen 5 or equivalent, and 8 GB RAM.
- Dedicated home office space with noise-canceling USB headset and functional webcam.
Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, referrals, networking, and market research.
- Qualify leads by assessing business needs, purchasing potential, and alignment with company offerings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead records within CRM systems and sales databases.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure timely lead follow-up and effective conversion strategies.
- Monitor and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring consistent lead progression through the sales funnel.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective wholesale customers, distributors, and business partners.
- Track lead generation activities and performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to management.
- Support marketing initiatives, campaigns, trade shows, and other lead generation efforts.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify new business opportunities and emerging industry trends.
- Continuously evaluate and improve lead generation processes to maximize efficiency and conversion rates.
