Requirements
- Professional experience in requirements gathering and business analysis within software development environments.
- Proven ability to translate business processes into user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows.
- Deep experience with Agile frameworks, backlog management, and sprint collaboration.
- Solid technical understanding to communicate backend/frontend constraints and data dependencies.
- High proficiency in English (written and verbal).
- Experience with design systems (e.g., IBM Carbon) is a plus.
- Familiarity with React-based product teams is a plus.
- Proficiency with Figma or similar design tools is a plus.
- Experience with AI-assisted development workflows is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Elicit and gather detailed requirements from business and technical stakeholders.
- Break down complex business processes into clear functional requirements and workflows.
- Facilitate Agile practices including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and user story creation.
- Collaborate with product, UX/UI, and engineering teams on dependencies and constraints.
- Support product development throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain comprehensive process and product documentation.
