Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management, product engineering, or an equivalent role.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience using AI development tools in a professional context.
- Proven ability to write actionable specifications (state machines, business rules, data contracts) rather than narrative documents.
- Technical fluency to read data models, evaluate API contracts, and audit AI-generated code.
- Track record of shipping working prototypes or production code.
- Experience in supply chain, fulfillment, logistics, transportation, or e-commerce technology.
- Experience shaping automation product strategy (hardware selection, WMS integration) in a warehouse or manufacturing context.
- Strong outcome ownership with a history of tracking success metrics and experiment thresholds.
- Excellent written communication skills for technical documentation.
Responsibilities
- Own the full product development loop from AI-augmented discovery through to production-ready pull requests and outcome measurement.
- Conduct customer discovery and synthesize research data using AI tools to inform strategy.
- Maintain a prioritized automation roadmap ranked by impact and speed.
- Evaluate automation hardware options and own the WMS-side integrations that turn strategy into operating reality.
- Define success metrics and kill thresholds at the specification stage for all experiments.
- Collaborate with an AI-native pod including AI Engineers, prompt engineers, and designers.
