Requirements

Experience operating as Head, Director, or VP of Product in a comparable scale-up environment.
Experience building or managing technical Enterprise products in data-heavy, process optimization, AI, or automation categories.
Proven track record as a people leader, coaching and mentoring Product Managers and Designers.
Strong stakeholder management skills, driving alignment between Engineering and Commercial leadership.
Experience building products powered by in-house developed ML/AI technology.
Excellent judgment on prioritization and roadmap decisions, including managing hard trade-offs.
Clear commitment to customer value with strong commercial instinct.
Confidence in handling disagreement and navigating ambiguity with maturity.
Experience working successfully in an international and multicultural team.
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

Responsibilities

Define, own, and champion the global product strategy and macro-level roadmap.
Document and communicate the product vision to improve clarity and alignment.
Mentor and develop Product Managers and Designers while defining career ladders.
Improve the operating model of the product function, including planning rituals.
Align stakeholders and build consensus when priorities or opinions conflict.
Manage executive and customer escalations while protecting team focus.
Forecast capacity needs and partner with the People team to hire top-tier talent.
