Requirements
- Experience operating as Head, Director, or VP of Product in a comparable scale-up environment.
- Experience building or managing technical Enterprise products in data-heavy, process optimization, AI, or automation categories.
- Proven track record as a people leader, coaching and mentoring Product Managers and Designers.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, driving alignment between Engineering and Commercial leadership.
- Experience building products powered by in-house developed ML/AI technology.
- Excellent judgment on prioritization and roadmap decisions, including managing hard trade-offs.
- Clear commitment to customer value with strong commercial instinct.
- Confidence in handling disagreement and navigating ambiguity with maturity.
- Experience working successfully in an international and multicultural team.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Define, own, and champion the global product strategy and macro-level roadmap.
- Document and communicate the product vision to improve clarity and alignment.
- Mentor and develop Product Managers and Designers while defining career ladders.
- Improve the operating model of the product function, including planning rituals.
- Align stakeholders and build consensus when priorities or opinions conflict.
- Manage executive and customer escalations while protecting team focus.
- Forecast capacity needs and partner with the People team to hire top-tier talent.
