Requirements
- 8+ years of PM experience.
- At least 2 years experience shipping AI/ML-powered products to real customers.
- Experience writing evals for AI product quality.
- Experience building multi-step LLM-powered user flows in production.
- Strong technical fluency with LLMs: model selection, RAG architectures, fine-tuning, cost/latency/quality.
- Proven experience as a builder who has shipped AI products in partnership with ML engineers.
- Understanding of care and safety requirements for mental health AI applications.
- Bonus: Experience in regulated industries (healthcare, fintech, insurance).
- Bonus: Experience in healthcare or mental health.
Responsibilities
- Design LLM-driven patient intake and therapist matching flows.
- Build personalized AI support tools for between-session patient engagement.
- Establish evaluation and safety infrastructure, including red-teaming and human-in-the-loop protocols.
- Advance AI-informed outcome measurement for patient mental health.
- Partner with Engineering, ML, Data Science, Clinical, and Legal teams to ship HIPAA-compliant products.
