Requirements
- 7+ years of Product Management experience.
- Expertise in security/vulnerability and threat data domains.
- Proficiency in ML/data platform and pipeline domains.
- Strong systems thinking capabilities regarding data models and deduplication logic.
- Deep understanding of security testing landscape (vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, bug bounty/VDP).
- Strategic leadership experience at the executive level.
- Familiarity with SIEM/Splunk-style detection rules and threat hunting (preferred).
- Experience with ML for entity resolution, anomaly detection, or risk scoring (preferred).
- Active user of AI-native development tools (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Bugcrowd’s AI & Data pillar.
- Design and scale automated triage and deduplication capabilities to validate test results.
- Build data models and pipelines that aggregate and correlate findings across test types and sources.
- Develop logic for risk-based prioritization of vulnerability and threat intelligence.
- Partner with engineering to build recommendation engines for code fixes and detection rules.
- Collaborate with agentic product teams to provide data sources for AI training.
- Define and track platform performance metrics including validation accuracy and time-to-diagnosis.
