Requirements
- 8+ years of Product Management experience.
- Strong AI experience: agents, context, memory, agent frameworks, and agent platforms.
- Ability to market and explain complex AI solutions to customers and non-technical audiences.
- Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships, including users, customers, partners, and industry analysts.
- In-depth understanding of data integration, API complexities, data flow across diverse ecosystems, and the modern data stack.
- Experience with CRM systems and surrounding ecosystem integrations is preferred.
- Outstanding presentation skills with the ability to communicate business and technical topics.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive AI product initiatives e2e from ideation to launch to retention.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and translate them into compelling solutions.
- Identify new product opportunities and anticipate potential risks and blockers.
- Collaborate with leaders of other functions to refine product strategy and execute process improvements.
- Build alignment and drive decision-making across company-wide initiatives.
- Build impactful relationships and drive collaborative initiatives across functional teams.
- Contribute to technical trade-offs, design product interfaces, and build systems to scale market understanding.
- Work closely with Engineering to drive an efficient R&D process, from leading scrums to coordinating product releases.
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Go-to-Market teams to maximize product impact.
