Requirements
- 6+ years of senior operational management experience.
- 3+ years of project management experience.
- Proven experience in a scale-up environment.
- Expert proficiency in Asana for project tracking.
- Technical architecture and maintenance skills for HubSpot.
- Strong project management chops.
- Ability to perform root cause analysis and identify operational bottlenecks.
- Experience auditing and documenting SOPs.
Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the full SOP book, from audit to rollout.
- Rebuild outdated processes with the right mix of AI, tech, and Hubspot.
- Oversee Hubspot and keep workflows tight across the company.
- Hunt down bottlenecks, friction, and quiet costs, then fix the root cause.
- Run weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews with team leads and the CEO.
- Build out company and department projects in Asana and keep them on time and on budget.
- Project manage and ensure smooth take off and landing for all our launches.
- Manage the Raise Away Black Box.
