Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in talent sourcing, ideally at a high-growth tech company.
- Strong track record of driving outbound sourcing, pipeline creation, and candidate engagement.
- Proficiency in advanced search techniques, including Boolean logic and X-ray search.
- Experience with ATS and sourcing platforms such as Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, or LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Ability to manage multiple functions and roles simultaneously.
- Clear and compelling written communication skills.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled sourcing tools.
- Self-directed, organized, and capable of working without significant guidance.
- Hardcore work ethic and high agency.
Responsibilities
- Build targeted sourcing strategies across functions including Engineering, Product, GTM, and Operations.
- Proactively source and engage strong candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
- Maintain high-quality pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to define ideal candidate profiles and role requirements.
- Test and iterate on sourcing channels, messaging, and targeting strategies.
- Implement AI-enabled workflows and automation to improve sourcing speed, scale, and quality.
