Draft, review, and manage contracts, including customer agreements, NDAs, supplier agreements, services agreements, and employment agreements.
Develop and maintain EXUS contract templates, legal workflows, approval processes, and filing standards.
Support contract negotiations on key legal terms, including liability, indemnity, confidentiality, intellectual property, data protection, governing law, termination, and dispute resolution.
Support corporate governance activities across EXUS Group entities.
Support the implementation of GDPR and data protection requirements across EXUS Group entities.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external legal advisors on contractual, employment, corporate, customer, supplier, and jurisdiction-specific matters.
Review internal policies and procedures and provide legal guidance on compliance and operational requirements.
