  • Champion process improvements and author tools or queries to mentor junior staff.
  • Write production-grade SQL queries and utilize Python/pandas or AI to diagnose log-level data.
  • Leverage LLMs to automate recurring analyses, create data briefs, and draft experiments.
  • Partner with CSM, Sales, DS/DA, and Product teams to influence growth plans and tool development.
