Requirements

  • At least 6 years of relevant working experience in a fast-paced organization.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong experience in talent acquisition or executive search.
  • Hands-on mindset with direct experience sourcing, interviewing, and closing roles.
  • Proven headhunting and market-mapping skills.
  • Familiarity with ATS, HR databases, HRIS, or HRMS.
  • Knowledge of AI, recruitment technologies, and automations.
  • Experience in employer branding and positioning a company as an employer of choice.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in English.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience in international recruitment is highly appreciated.
  • Prior experience recruiting for technical/engineering roles is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive end-to-end recruitment for senior and critical roles, from intake to offer.
  • Act as a headhunter: proactively source, map markets, and approach top talent.
  • Build and continuously nurture a high-quality talent pool for current and future hiring needs.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers as a trusted advisor, challenging and influencing when needed.
  • Lead and strengthen employer branding initiatives across channels.
  • Leverage AI tools and recruitment automations to improve sourcing, screening, and hiring efficiency.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience, reflecting company values and culture.
