Requirements
- At least 6 years of relevant working experience in a fast-paced organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong experience in talent acquisition or executive search.
- Hands-on mindset with direct experience sourcing, interviewing, and closing roles.
- Proven headhunting and market-mapping skills.
- Familiarity with ATS, HR databases, HRIS, or HRMS.
- Knowledge of AI, recruitment technologies, and automations.
- Experience in employer branding and positioning a company as an employer of choice.
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Experience in international recruitment is highly appreciated.
- Prior experience recruiting for technical/engineering roles is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive end-to-end recruitment for senior and critical roles, from intake to offer.
- Act as a headhunter: proactively source, map markets, and approach top talent.
- Build and continuously nurture a high-quality talent pool for current and future hiring needs.
- Partner closely with hiring managers as a trusted advisor, challenging and influencing when needed.
- Lead and strengthen employer branding initiatives across channels.
- Leverage AI tools and recruitment automations to improve sourcing, screening, and hiring efficiency.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience, reflecting company values and culture.
