Requirements

  • Experience in a sales, account management or customer success role within a SaaS or software business.
  • Consultative approach with the ability to understand customer needs and recommend the right solution.
  • Strong presentation and demonstration skills with confidence speaking to senior stakeholders.
  • Experience managing a sales pipeline and working towards revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Organised, self-motivated and comfortable managing multiple opportunities at once.
  • Experience within hospitality technology, hotel software or property management systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strong relationships with existing Rezcontrol customers and identify opportunities to expand their use of the platform.
  • Demonstrate the value of additional modules, features and integrations to improve operational efficiency and commercial performance.
  • Introduce complementary hospitality solutions across the ClearCourse portfolio, including TISSL POS and Giftpro.
  • Manage opportunities from initial conversation through to proposal and close.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast using CRM.
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations remotely and occasionally on-site.
  • Collaborate with Onboarding and Customer Success teams to maximize commercial opportunities.
  • Share customer feedback and market insights with Product and Commercial teams.
  • Support wider commercial activities, including new business sales when required.
  • Consistently achieve quarterly revenue and activity targets.
