Requirements
- Experience in a sales, account management or customer success role within a SaaS or software business.
- Consultative approach with the ability to understand customer needs and recommend the right solution.
- Strong presentation and demonstration skills with confidence speaking to senior stakeholders.
- Experience managing a sales pipeline and working towards revenue targets.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Organised, self-motivated and comfortable managing multiple opportunities at once.
- Experience within hospitality technology, hotel software or property management systems is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Develop strong relationships with existing Rezcontrol customers and identify opportunities to expand their use of the platform.
- Demonstrate the value of additional modules, features and integrations to improve operational efficiency and commercial performance.
- Introduce complementary hospitality solutions across the ClearCourse portfolio, including TISSL POS and Giftpro.
- Manage opportunities from initial conversation through to proposal and close.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast using CRM.
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations remotely and occasionally on-site.
- Collaborate with Onboarding and Customer Success teams to maximize commercial opportunities.
- Share customer feedback and market insights with Product and Commercial teams.
- Support wider commercial activities, including new business sales when required.
- Consistently achieve quarterly revenue and activity targets.
