Requirements
- Experience in recruitment or resourcing within an agency or internal setting.
- Exposure to infrastructure, construction, or engineering markets.
- Strong understanding of technical white-collar roles, including design, engineering, and project delivery.
- Ability to map markets and identify relevant talent pools.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems (JobAdder experience is ideal).
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong, clear, professional, and proactive communication skills.
- Agile mindset suitable for a fast-moving environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market mapping across rail, energy, and water infrastructure sectors.
- Identify and engage technical white-collar candidates for various roles.
- Support recruitment delivery across multiple live projects.
- Build and maintain long-term candidate pipelines.
- Use JobAdder CRM for candidate tracking and note management.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Manage diaries and schedule calls and follow-ups.
- Support LinkedIn and social media updates and job advertisements.
- Provide general recruitment administrative and coordination support.
