Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant sales experience in payer environments with B2B software or technology sales.
- Proven track record of consistent revenue generation and meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Experience managing long sales cycles for large, complex contracts in the US Payer space.
- Demonstrated experience in consulting with varying levels of organizations, including executives.
- Strong knowledge of payer solutions in the US, including commercial, employer-sponsored, and government plans.
- Knowledge of building and contracting bundled payer/provider service models.
- Ability to solve complex problems, manage ambiguity, and align internal resources.
- Proficiency with software including Windows/Mac, Google Suite, and HubSpot CRM.
- Ability to travel 25-40% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage sales and account management strategies for the US Payer and Clinical Reasoning territory.
- Generate new sales leads through networking, prospecting, and cold calling.
- Lead target account selling including qualification, scoping, and closing strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client groups to align business goals.
- Manage and resolve escalated customer challenges and roadblocks.
- Develop and present business reviews for client program performance.
- Facilitate and coordinate complex contract negotiations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure clear client expectations and timely deliverables.
- Maintain real-time knowledge of competitive landscapes and market trends.
