Requirements

  • 8+ years of relevant sales experience in payer environments with B2B software or technology sales.
  • Proven track record of consistent revenue generation and meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Experience managing long sales cycles for large, complex contracts in the US Payer space.
  • Demonstrated experience in consulting with varying levels of organizations, including executives.
  • Strong knowledge of payer solutions in the US, including commercial, employer-sponsored, and government plans.
  • Knowledge of building and contracting bundled payer/provider service models.
  • Ability to solve complex problems, manage ambiguity, and align internal resources.
  • Proficiency with software including Windows/Mac, Google Suite, and HubSpot CRM.
  • Ability to travel 25-40% of the time.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage sales and account management strategies for the US Payer and Clinical Reasoning territory.
  • Generate new sales leads through networking, prospecting, and cold calling.
  • Lead target account selling including qualification, scoping, and closing strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client groups to align business goals.
  • Manage and resolve escalated customer challenges and roadblocks.
  • Develop and present business reviews for client program performance.
  • Facilitate and coordinate complex contract negotiations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure clear client expectations and timely deliverables.
  • Maintain real-time knowledge of competitive landscapes and market trends.
