Requirements

  • Significant experience in B2B SaaS sales.
  • Proven track record of closing deals with multi-stakeholder sales processes.
  • Experience in hunting new business and self-sourcing pipelines (LinkedIn, cold outreach).
  • Ability to navigate C-suite conversations and anchor pricing in ROI.
  • Experience managing a CRM pipeline with rigor and accurate forecasting.
  • Comfort with AI tooling for prospect research, call prep, and analysis.
  • Self-starter mindset capable of thriving in ambiguous, fast-paced startup environments.
  • Experience selling into real estate, construction, or land development preferred.
  • Knowledge of structured enterprise sales methodologies preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Source and qualify new enterprise opportunities through outbound prospecting.
  • Run a full-cycle sales process from initial qualification through demo, pilot, proposal, and close.
  • Lead with discovery and ROI-focused pricing conversations.
  • Maintain a clean CRM pipeline with accurate forecasting and clear stage progression.
  • Navigate complex multi-division sales across land, construction, acquisition, and finance stakeholders.
  • Execute structured handoffs to the Account Management team post-close.
