- Conduct 100+ outbound calls daily to build and nurture long-term relationships with real estate investors.
- Educate clients on tailored lending solutions including Fix-and-Flip, Ground-Up Construction, and DSCR products.
- Guide clients through the investment readiness process by gathering financials and business plans.
- Analyze borrower experience, deal strength, and risk profile to determine underwriting alignment.
- Use company-provided sizing tools to structure loans for expedited closing.
- Convert inbound and internal leads into viable loan options.
- Maintain ownership of sales pipeline from origination to close.
- Submit 1–2 qualified loan deals into processing each week.
- Work closely with loan processors, underwriters, and operations teams.
- Clearly communicate deal specifics and expectations to internal stakeholders.
