Requirements

  • Deep experience within law firms or the broader legal sector in sales, business development, recruiting, marketing, events, or administration.
  • Proven track record of building/growing client relationships and meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Existing network and credibility within the legal industry.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to identify needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized with strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage new business opportunities across law firms and the legal sector using lead generation and consultative sales techniques.
  • Leverage industry network to connect with key buyers including Marketing, Business Development, Legal Recruiting, and practice group leadership.
  • Conduct consultative discovery, product demonstrations, and contract negotiations tailored to legal firm needs.
  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for new legal clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and expansion.
  • Develop strategic account plans aligned with law firm buying processes and brand standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and client experience.
  • Provide market and client insights to product and marketing teams to enhance offerings.
