Requirements

- Demonstrated ability to build relationships, influence decisions, and drive outcomes.
- Existing network and credibility within financial services.
- Proven track record of building and growing client relationships while meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to identify client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Highly organized with strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software.
- Comfort engaging senior, fast-moving, and detail-oriented stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage new business opportunities across the financial services sector through prospecting and consultative sales.
- Leverage existing network to reach buyers in Brand/Marketing, People/Recruiting, Events, and Investor Relations.
- Conduct consultative discovery, product demonstrations, and negotiations tailored to financial services processes.
- Serve as the primary relationship owner for new clients, driving retention and account expansion.
- Develop strategic account plans that navigate multiple stakeholders and compliance-conscious standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and exceptional client experiences.
- Provide market and client insights back to product and marketing teams.
