Requirements
- 2–6 years of success in B2B, healthcare, or SaaS sales.
- Strong outbound prospecting skills (SDR/BDR training or experience is a plus).
- Demonstrated ability to build pipeline and close business.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in virtual environments.
- Comfortable selling to physicians and healthcare operators.
- Highly self-directed, coachable, and competitive.
- Experience using CRM systems and sales engagement tools.
- Professional, reliable work-from-home setup with strong internet, video, and phone capability.
- Ability to travel approximately 0–1 trips per month.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage physician practices, specialty groups, and healthcare organizations through outbound calling, email, LinkedIn/social selling, and referrals.
- Manage opportunities from initial outreach through close.
- Conduct virtual discovery meetings and solution presentations with physicians, practice administrators, and operators.
- Educate prospects on the clinical, operational, and financial value of virtual care programs (RPM, CCM, PCM, RTM).
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through consistent self-generated prospecting.
- Follow up on leads generated by company outreach, founder activity, and marketing.
- Work directly with the founder/CEO and leadership team on account strategy, messaging, and deal execution.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline visibility, and activity tracking.
