Requirements

  • 2–6 years of success in B2B, healthcare, or SaaS sales.
  • Strong outbound prospecting skills (SDR/BDR training or experience is a plus).
  • Demonstrated ability to build pipeline and close business.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in virtual environments.
  • Comfortable selling to physicians and healthcare operators.
  • Highly self-directed, coachable, and competitive.
  • Experience using CRM systems and sales engagement tools.
  • Professional, reliable work-from-home setup with strong internet, video, and phone capability.
  • Ability to travel approximately 0–1 trips per month.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and engage physician practices, specialty groups, and healthcare organizations through outbound calling, email, LinkedIn/social selling, and referrals.
  • Manage opportunities from initial outreach through close.
  • Conduct virtual discovery meetings and solution presentations with physicians, practice administrators, and operators.
  • Educate prospects on the clinical, operational, and financial value of virtual care programs (RPM, CCM, PCM, RTM).
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through consistent self-generated prospecting.
  • Follow up on leads generated by company outreach, founder activity, and marketing.
  • Work directly with the founder/CEO and leadership team on account strategy, messaging, and deal execution.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline visibility, and activity tracking.
